| Confirmed Orders
The confirmed equipment orders for the first quarter of 2009 were greatly enhanced by several key bakery product manufacturers renewing their existing equipment range. Target offered full advice and consultancy services on the equipment layout, process flows and related infrastructure. This has been a very positive start to what was expected to be a tough year with the world economy in disarray.
